SPRING-DALE GARDEN CLUB INC
Planting for Pleasure

Meets at Nerida Street Community Centre, Nerida St, Rochedale South
on the first Wednesday each month (February to November)
from 9.30 am 12 noon
HISTORY
Spring-Dale Garden Club had its first meeting in October 1982 with 16 keen gardeners at St Phillips Church Hall in Gardner Road, Rochedale. The name was formed by combining the names of two adjoining suburbs Springwood and Rochedale.
By 1990 the numbers had grown to well over 60 and the hall was bursting at the seams so the Nerida St Community Hall in Rochedale became our new premises. The club moved to its current premises in 2005. Now, there are 65 members covering all age groups and suburbs from Chandler to Bethania and Regents Park. Some of the early members are still active.
