As well as providing social interaction and an interchange of knowledge and
interests, QCGC has the aims:
- to encourage an understanding of conservation and its many related
subjects, as individual clubs and on a national
scale
- to safeguard our national and natural heritage of Parks, Parkland, Botanic
Gardens, Nature Reserves, Roadsides and Beachlands by protesting against the
abuse of these, and encouraging an interest in their conservation
